No A/C for MePost in: Things we don't know where to put!, by skistrail on April 17th, 2017
Though A/C may be nice, in my case it would put a hit on the budget. I leave my windows open all year. I only close them because of rain. The breeze that flows through the windows is delicious. Even when it’s 85 outside, the breeze keeps things cool. Most homes have ceiling fans to keep the air moving if there is no breeze.
There is no cost to having open windows. There are either glass or metal and wood galacy type windows. The metal ones seem to close tighter, but when they are closed, it gets dark inside. I have the glass type. I have to clean them fairly regularly. When I do have to shut them, I do have light coming through in the daytime.
